Mr. Madlock has served as Senior Vice President, Operations, at Sparton Corporation since January 2009. In this role, he oversees operations of the company’s medical, defense and security systems and EMS business units and evaluates core competencies.
Previously, Mr. Madlock served as Senior Vice President, Operations at Citation Corporation, a foundry, machining and assembly company. Prior to that, he was Automotive Group Vice President and General Manager of Citation’s Butler, Ind., division, where he successfully managed all facility, operational, and financial processes.
Before joining Citation, Mr. Madlock worked with Lear Corporation, where he held a variety of senior management positions, including Director of Mexican Manufacturing Operations. He also held progressive roles at United Technologies in Iowa City, Iowa.
