Mr. Slome has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sparton Corporation since April 2009. He is responsible for the overall financial aspects of the company.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Slome was the Director of Treasury and International Finance for U.S. Robotics Corporation. Additionally, he was the Corporate Controller for a publicly held manufacturing company and spent over 15 years in the audit group at Grant Thornton LLP.
Through his previous roles, Mr. Slome has extensive experience in financial reporting, corporate turnarounds, international finance and administration, cash and risk management, operations, and bank relations.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
