Gordon Madlock serves as senior vice president, operations, at Sparton Corporation.  In this role, he oversees operations of the company’s Medical, Government and Electronics Manufacturing business units, and evaluates core competencies.

Previously, Madlock served as Automotive Group vice president at Citation Corporation, a foundry, machining and assembly company.  Prior to this role, he was general manager of Citation’s Butler, Ind., division, where he successfully managed all facility, operational and financial processes.  

Before joining Citation, Madlock worked with Lear Corporation, where he held a variety of senior management positions, including director of Mexican manufacturing operations.  He also held progressive roles at United Technologies in Iowa City, Iowa.

He has been a member of the American Foundry Society (AFS) for more than six years.
