Retired since June 2006, Mr. Schrank was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Perrigo Company, a multinational, publicly traded pharmaceutical company, from January 2000 until June 2006. Mr. Schrank served as the Chief Financial Officer of M.A. Hanna Company, an iron ore processing company, from September 1993 until April 1995, as the Senior Vice President of M.A. Hanna Company’s Plastics Americas division from April 1995 until January 1998, and as President of M.A. Hanna Company’s Hanna Color division from January 1998 until May 1999. Mr. Schrank received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 1972, and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Minnesota in 1973.
Mr. Schrank’s skills include knowledge with respect to the operations of public companies, financial matters, corporate governance and board service, all of which provide value to the Board.
