Valtronic USA, Inc. Joins the Sparton Alliance Network
JACKSON, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 9, 2004--David W. Hockenbrocht, CEO and President of Electronics Design and Manufacturing Services provider (EMS) Sparton Corporation (NYSE:SPA), announced that Valtronic USA, Inc. headquartered in Solon, Ohio has joined the Sparton Alliance Network.
Valtronic provides electronic miniaturization solutions to its medical, telecommunications and industrial customers. In combination with sister companies including Valtronic SA and Valtronic Morocco, their research and manufacturing facilities occupy over 100,000 square feet with locations in the United States, Switzerland, and Morocco. Georges Rochat, owner, founded the Valtronic organization in 1982 in Switzerland.
Valtronic's award winning technology includes the design and manufacture of miniature electronic modules and microelectromechanical (MEMS) sensors, which are especially useful in implantable medical devices. Assembly technologies include Chip-on-Board, Flip Chip, Chip-on- Chip, Multi-Chip-Module, 3D packaging, and SMD. Valtronic has a full Research, Development and Industrialization (RDI) department that works with clients to design and develop their products.
