Randall Redondo

Vice President , Production Programs

Randall Redondo is Vice President of Programs at Sparton reporting to the Sparton CEO.

Mr. Redondo’s responsibilities include oversight of production, engineering design services, and development programs as well as quality, and new product introduction activities. He is an accomplished leader with over 25 years of management and technical experience.

Mr. Redondo joined Sparton in 2013. He has held positions in program management, operations, and engineering. He previously led production, quality, and engineering activities for several defense programs including Sonobuoys (AN/SSQ-36B, AN/SSQ-62F, AN/SSQ-113, AN/SSQ-125, and AN/SSQ-125A), DARPA (UFP programs), Engineering design services, as well as Internal Research and Development (IRAD).

Prior to joining Sparton Mr. Redondo managed operations, quality, and engineering for mission critical defense and telecom applications.

Mr. Redondo holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and has been awarded several US patents.
