Bryan Rowlands is General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Sparton and the Elbit Systems of America proxy businesses, as well as counsel for Elbit’s Warfighter Systems Division. Bryan is a highly accomplished legal professional with experience spanning over 15 years in aerospace & defense, maritime, international, and government services.

Before joining Sparton as GC, Bryan was Associate General Counsel for Elbit Systems of America, supporting the proxy business and Warfighter Systems. Prior to his work at Elbit, Bryan served as Sector General Counsel at L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in their Communications Sector. Bryan also previously held the position of Director of Legal & Contracts, and Technology Control Officer for Ultra Electronics – Flightline Systems, an aerospace and maritime defense division of Ultra Electronics. In this role, he was the ITAR Empowered Official and served as North American Commercial Lead for all Ultra corporate transactions.

Bryan holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Regent University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Government from Liberty University.
