Donnelly Bohan

Donnelly Bohan is President and CEO of Sparton Corporation, as well as the Vice President and General Manager of Elbit America’s Maritime Division. Donnelly is a highly accomplished executive with a remarkable track record of over two decades in leadership roles across maritime solutions, aerospace & defense, and government services. Her expertise spans business growth management, strategic planning, operations oversight, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Bohan’s career has been characterized by her ability to drive organizational success through innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision.

At Nauticus Robotics, Ms. Bohan served as the Chief Operating Officer, focusing on providing integrated software and hardware solutions in the maritime domain. She played a pivotal role in the company’s de-SPAC process and subsequent listing on the NASDAQ, leveraging her strategic insight and leadership skills to ensure the company’s success.

Previously, Ms. Bohan served for 20 years at SAIC/Leidos and held the Vice President and Division Manager role of the Maritime Systems Division for four years. Ms. Bohan focused on autonomous surface and subsurface solutions, advanced system architecture, sensor design, and production. Ms. Bohan’s strategic vision and executive sponsorship were instrumental in the successful acquisition of Gibbs & Cox, further enhancing the division’s capabilities and market position. Under her guidance, the division maintained strong relationships with key clients such as the US Navy, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Office of Naval Research, Office of Naval Intelligence, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and commercial entities, delivering mission-critical solutions that contributed to national security and maritime operations worldwide.

Ms. Bohan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the R.H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health, specializing in Health Planning and Administration, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also holds a Program Management Professional certification from the Program Management Institute.
